The submission guidelines are as follows:

Poetry: Up to 6 unrelated poems (though we can accomodate a full poetic sequence); typed, single- or double-spaced.

Prose: Up to 3 prose submissions; typed, double-spaced; 7,500 word limit

Art/Media: This section will include animation, short films, music and traditional art; up to 10 submissions.

Please submit text as MS Word documents, images as JPEG files and audio as mp3 files.

Directions for completing the submission form:

1. Save to desktop

2. Open with Acrobat Reader

3. Fill out form fields (it might take a moment to acknowledge the fields)

4. Click the Submit button on the bottom, right-hand corner

5. Check ‘Internet Mail’ as the sending option

6. Click ‘Save As’ at the top of this opened window

7. Save as ‘your name submission form.fdf’ to desktop

8. Enter your internet email account; reply to this message

9. Attach the ‘your name submission form.fdf’ file from your desktop

10. Send!
